Hello, this is Makestar. In order to provide more satisfactory PocaAlbum service to members, we introduce PocaAlbum service contents, rights, obligations, and other requirements to members, and publish these individual terms and conditions for smooth communication between members and MakeStar. Thank you for using the PocaAlbum service.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
(1) The terms used in the PocaAlbum Terms of Service refer to the same meaning as those defined in the membership terms of MAKESTAR Co., Ltd.
(2) The term "album card" refers to a card-type album designed to check the right to use digital content such as music included in the PocaAlbum by scanning or tagging, and to allow users to use digital content through the PocaAlbum app.
(3) "Scan" refers to the act of recognizing the QR code of the QR album through the camera function of the PocaAlbum app.
(4) "Tag" refers to the act of reading the NFC chip of the NFC album through the NFC recognition function of the PocaAlbum app.
(5) "QR album" refers to a photo card that includes an "album card" with a QR code printed on the back as a package.
(6) 'NFC album' refers to a photo card album that includes an 'album card' with an NFC chip as a package.
Article 2 (PocaAlbum album registration and usage guide)
- After logging into the PocaAlbum app as an account, you can register the PocaAlbum as an account by scanning or tagging.
- The "album" registered in the "account" can only be used through the "account" and cannot be canceled or transferred to another "account".
- 'Member' acquires the right to use 'digital content' included in the registered photo card album by registering the photo card album in 'Account'.
- Members can use 'digital content' that has obtained permission to use by logging in to the PocaAlbum app.
Article 3 (Download, delete and reuse of albums)
- For the smooth use of the service and the reflection of domestic music charts, the PocaAlbum can store music and other digital contents (hereinafter referred to as 'album data') in the local storage of 'members' smartphone devices.
- The local storage in use can be restored by deleting the "album data" downloaded within the PocaAlbum app or by deleting the data of the PocaAlbum app from the smartphone settings.
- If you delete the downloaded "album data" within the PocaAlbum app, "members" can download and reuse "album data" at any time they want.
Article 4 (purchase, refund, and delivery of photo cards)
- Purchase, refund, and delivery of the PocaAlbum will be made on the Makestar official website (https://makestar.co) and will follow the service terms and conditions on the Makestar official website.
- Customer service related to the purchase, refund, and delivery of the PocaAlbum is provided on the official website.
Article 5 (for overseas use)
'Company' does not guarantee the quality of PocaAlbum service outside the territory of Korea. Therefore, if a 'member' intends to use the PocaAlbum service outside the territory of the Republic of Korea, he/she shall decide whether to use it or not according to his/her own judgment and responsibility, and in particular, the 'member' is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations in the process of using the PocaAlbum service.
