Makestar Shop shipping begins after the product release date.
For products that have already been released, shipping is processed within 3 to 5 business days.
1. Missing / Damaged Items
Please take photos and, if possible, an unboxing video that can verify any missing or damaged items.
Submit your documentation to customer service within one week after delivery for review of additional shipping or exchange eligibility.
- Unboxing photos or video taken upon initial receipt of the parcel
- Photos or video of packaging condition after opening the box
- Photos or video showing all components
- For damage to album components, exchanges may take a minimum of 4 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks.
- Exchanges are not possible if 7 days have passed since the receipt date shown on the tracking record, or if no video is attached. The same applies when using a parcel forwarding service.
- For exchanges or returns, items sent through a courier other than the designated one will be automatically returned to sender.
- Even if damage or missing items are confirmed, exchange or reshipment may not be possible if the item is out of stock.
2. Domestic Shipping
- Additional shipping fees may apply for Jeju Island and remote / island areas.
3. International Shipping
- Customs duties may apply depending on the destination country, and any incurred customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Depending on the country, the courier may contact you separately before delivery regarding customs duties.
- If customs duties are not paid within the required period, the item may be automatically discarded, and reshipment will not be possible after disposal.

- Undervalue declarations cannot be accommodated and will not be applied even if noted in the remarks field.
4. Returns
- Returns due to a simple change of mind will not be accepted if the product packaging has been opened.
- For returns after receipt of the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please photograph the product condition and contact customer service.
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock depletion, the order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
